On the Latest Military Escalation in West Asia and Iran’s Response to the Deadly Crime of the Occupying Israeli Regime

To the highest attention of the patriotic, revolutionary, and internationalist youth of the region and the world,

We recognize Iran’s act of self-defense in protecting its national security & sovereignty under Article 51 of the UN Charter in response to the latest deadly act of crime by the Zionist Israeli regime against the consulate building of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Damascus, the capital of the Syrian Arab Republic. Iran’s “Truthful Promise” air action is a legal, legitimate, and measured response to the barbaric military aggression of the Israeli regime and warmongering NATO governments in violation of international law, which in its essence and consequences is an incentive to protect the security of Iran, the Palestinian and region.

We consider Iran’s resolute solidarity with the Palestinian, especially in Gaza, who are struggling against the Western-sponsored occupation and genocide, together with the independence forces in the axis of resistance, to be of utmost importance. We also draw the attention of regional countries and organizations to all kinds of insidious policies and disinformation that incite enmity among Islamic countries through sectarianism. The resistance in the region has shown conclusively that the imperialist Euro-Atlantic aggression pact, despite military and economic mobilization, cannot compensate for the vulnerability of the occupying and genocidal regime of Israel.

The coordinated action of the regional states to ensure regional security and stability against imperialist-Zionist aggression is also developing the necessary conditions for the reasoned unity of the regional states. Common achievements will be gained through regional cooperation against the common aggressor.
