Messages from the Youth Union of Turkey to Palestine

Yesterday, The Youth Union of Turkey organised a meeting for the International Day of Solidarity with Palestinian People. Solidarity among the nations that struggle against the imperialism and its approach of Palestinian case was one of the most significant headings in the meeting. Especially, the importance of the position that youth takes place in this struggle was put into words by the participants. The President of TGB, Çağdaş Cengiz sent TGB’s solidarity messages in his speech. He said “We are saying that Palestine belongs to the Arabs. American imperialism and Zionist Israel that drop bombs, fire bullets on the Palestinians will not be able to change this fact. We will always be a follower and a supporter of the Palestinians’ rightful struggle”. Participants chanted slogans meaning that “Palestinian people are not alone!” and “Turkey and Palestine are brothers!”
