Comrade Massimiliano Ay Elected as MP
On April 19, the elections took place in The Republic and Canton of Ticino (a canton of the Swiss Confederation in the south of the country) to renew the parliament which is composed of 90 MPs.

On April 19, the elections took place in The Republic and Canton of Ticino (a canton of the Swiss Confederation in the south of the country) to renew the parliament which is composed of 90 MPs.
The Communist Party built an alliance with another left movement and they received 1,45% of the votes. With that alliance, two MPs get into parliament and one of these is our comrade Massimiliano Ay, the General Secretary of the Communist Party and the member of the Executive Committee of WAYU (World Anti-Imperialist Youth Union).
We congratulate our comrade. Together, we’ll shape the future. The Communist Party goes a step forward on the road to the victory.
