The “Sack” Trial Set to Start

Youth Union of Turkey is ready for the “sack” trial. Thirteen members of the Youth Union of Turkey were sued due to their attempts to put sacks on the heads of US soldiers in İstanbul, on the 12th of November 2014. The first hearing of the trial is going to be on the 4th of February in İstanbul, in the Caglayan Courthouse. According to the indictment, TGB members may face up to 10 years of prison. Protestors underlined that they are not going to allow the representatives of imperialism to wander around comfortably on their lands. TGB members are inviting all the citizens to the Caglayan Courthouse to defend the independence of Turkey on the 4th of February.
